Fellowship in Paediatric dermatology

Paediatric dermatology is a sub specialty of Dermatology gaining importance during the recent years. This is because of the awareness that pediatric dermatology has a number of differences from adult dermatology such as clinical presentation, natural courses of the disease, the different stress areas in management and the quality of life issues. Moreover there is a demand from the general public for specialized care for their children. From the academic point , there are a lot more to be done to fill the gaps in this growing sub-specialty . So it is thought that if specialists are trained in this field more focused care may be given and hence a betterment of the specialty.

Fellowship in Dermatosurgery

Dermatosurgery and cosmetology is an upcoming hot subspecialty of dermatology , especially for the enthusiastic new generation dermatologists. The specialty had given a face lift to the traditional dermatology, that made this attractive. Moreover after the economic boom there is tremendous demand from the general public for this specialized tailor made specialty . So it is decided to generate well trained and fine tuned specialist in this field for a better tomorrow.
